Join us for this informative seminar and learn about the most recent changes in bankruptcy law from established attorneys and bankruptcy judges. Some topics being covered are E-discovery for Bankruptcy Practitioners, Chapter 11 Commission Recommendations, and Fraudulent Conveyances (What's Love Got to do With It?). An ethics presentation will address the ethics of limited scope representation in bankruptcy cases, and tax issues in bankruptcy will also be covered. A judges' panel discussion will address four recent 11th Circuit opinions, and one 5th Circuit opinion. Seminar provides 6.0 hours of CLE credit, including 1.0 hour of ethics credit.

Check-in on the day of the seminar will be from 8:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. The program will commence at 8:30 a.m. and adjourn at 4:00 p.m.
