20th Annual Employment Law Update

Join us and learn about recent developments at the NLRB, including rulings that affect social media usage, confidentiality and union activity. Current hot topics covered in this program include The Affordable Care Act, immigration, harassment issues, The Family Medical Leave Act and age discrimination. A judges' panel will discuss various employment issues, and panelists will also discuss civil rights in Birmingham and the effects on employment law, and ethical dilemmas for litigators during discovery and trial.
