27th Annual Workers' Compensation Seminar


The Cumberland School of Law co-sponsors this program with the Workers' Compensation Section of the Alabama State Bar.

This program features topics on Medicare Set Aside, Utilization Review, Post-judgement Relief, and Ethical Issues that Arise in Workers' Compensation Cases (What You Need to Know to Stay Out of Trouble). A judges' panel will provide an insightful view from the bench, and a Case Law Update will focus on some of the most significant workers' compensation cases in the past year. Don't miss this comprehensive seminar!

The program provides 6 hours of CLE credit, including 1 hour of ethics credit.

Check-in on the day of the seminar will be from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. The program will commence at 8:30 a.m. and adjourn at 4:00 p.m.
