Join us in this informative program featuring topics that directly affect your business or firm.

Learn what recent Supreme Court decisions mean for your firm and your clients. Topics covered include labor unions, a Washington update, an Alabama business entity update, and M & A trends (including developments in securities regulation). The Affordable Care Act and how it affects your client's business will be covered, and a CEO Roundtable will discuss current health care issues. Risk Management assessment and liability is addressed, including captive insurance and monitoring. An ethics session will cover knowing and obeying "the rules".

The program provides 9 hours of CLE credit, including 1 hour of ethics credit.

Check-in on the days of the seminar will be from 8:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. The program will commence at 8:30 a.m. and adjourn at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday. On Friday the program will begin at 8:30 a.m. and adjourn at 11:45 a.m.
