"Trends in Commercial Real Estate Law 2013" is co-sponsored with the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of the Alabama State Bar.

This program addresses several topics including 1) how changes in the law of redemption can protect lenders' rights, 2) how to avoid conflicts between the joint venture agreement and the purchase agreement, and 3) how flexibility of receivership can better serve your clients' goals (includes comparative illustrations in the southeast). Also covered are state of the market financing alternatives, recent law developments and a session on compliance requirements and security issues for your trust accounts.

Approved for 6.0 hours of CLE credit in Alabama, including 1.0 hour of ethics credit. Approved for 6.0 general hours, plus 1.0 ethics hour, of continuing education credit by the Alabama Department of Insurance.

Check-in on the day of the seminar will be from 8:00AM - 8:30AM. The program will commence at 8:30AM and adjourn at 4:00PM.
