Join us for an insightful and thorough program covering Probate Law. If your practice includes probate, or if you are new to probate, you will not want to miss this seminar.

Learn from local probate judges and attorneys as they explain the nuts and bolts of probate, including estate administration and how to probate a will. Topics covered also include Small Estates and the Small Estates Act, Guardian Ad Litem and Conservatorships, Intestate Estates, Adoptions and Ethics. A judges' panel will also contribute their knowledge and expertise in this area of law.

The program provides 6 hours of CLE credit, including 1 hour of ethics credit.

Check-in on the day of the seminar will be from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. The program will commence at 8:30 a.m. and adjourn at 4:15 p.m.
