TIPS to Improve Your Practice and TRAPS to Avoid


This program offers a chance to hear about recent updates in Alabama law and ways to improve your practice and traps to avoid for the unwary. Topics include how to prepare for appeal throughout the litigation process, a description of validity testing and its use in cognitive, psychological, emotional, and pain complaints, and how to maneuver through conservatorship and guardianship hearings. Learn about the potential pitfalls in matrimonial law and family building and how assisted reproductive technology is the new trend in family building. Ways to avoid malpractice is addressed, including conflict of interests, inadequate settlements and exaggerating your experience.

CLE credit includes 2 hour of ethics credit.

Check-in on the day of the seminar will be from 8:00AM - 8:30AM. The program will commence at 8:30AM and adjourn at 4:00PM.
