Cumberland School of Law and the Women's Fund of Greater Birmingham present "Creating and Drafting a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in the Context of Non-Profit Collaboration." You will learn the do's and don'ts of successful collaboration agreements, including how the process of developing an MOU supports its ultimate success.

The program is approved for 2.0 hours CLE credit, including 0.3 hours of ethics credit.
