Wedding Photography Workshop

Description:

Sooner or later, every photographer is asked to photograph a wedding. This workshop is designed to provide an introduction to wedding photography from the announcement candid and the bridal portrait to the actual wedding day shoot and delivery of the album. Topics covered include equipment, lighting, wedding photography styles, indoor and outdoor settings, business and contracts, and marketing and sales.

Instructor(s): Ken Boyd, B.S., M.B.A., 33 years as Principal Environmental Specialist for Southern Company. Ken has worked as a photography instructor and artist in the areas of archival printing, digital imaging, hand tinting with oils, mystical and multiple imaging, lighting, infrared photography, traditional darkroom techniques, and large format equipment. Kenís work has been published in magazines and journals and featured in books such as Golden Jubilee, on the history of several Birmingham Baptist Churches.
