Understanding Your Nikon DSLR

Modern Nikon digital SLRs, from the D40 to the D700 and beyond, are incredibly complex machines. With almost infinite capabilities, the main problem is to know which settings to use. This course is designed to help you understand the available options and unlock the vast potential of your digital Nikon. We will begin with basic camera settings (shooting modes, image quality, white balance, ISO); advance to auto focus, exposure compensation and flash options; and conclude with demystifying menus and how to customize your camera for your needs. Bring your camera and manual to class.
